I have more than 20 years of management and leadership experience, including more than 18 years in project and program management. I have proven the success of project management in the areas of IT services and outsourcing. I have led direct reporting teams of more than 60 management and non-management resources and project teams involving contractors, vendors, executives and external consultants.

One of my main goals and motivations is to implement the PMI project management philosophy and a PMI-based project management methodology in my company and in my daily work. I created MP4PM to pass on and share this enthusiasm.




Knowledge and Expertise

My main focus over the last 18 years has been project and program management. The skills I have acquired as a project manager and PMO expert in the IT services and outsourcing business have led to a passion for PMI's project management philosophy. I received my PMP certification already in August 2015, while I am a PMP in good standing and have just extended the validation of my accreditation until 2024. I am an enthusiastic PMP and PMI supporter.

I am also a certified Scrum Master (PSM I) and currently working on my PMI-ACP Certification.

And since recently I am also a PMI authorized PMP Trainer!
