Yes! While our content is created mostly with the Mind Manager tool, the majority of the content in the MP4PM Member Site can still be used without having Mind Manager or another mind mapping software.

And there are also some free or less expensive Mind Mapping tools available out there which can also import Mind Manager maps like XMind, FreeMind, DropMind for instance. 

No!  You can also benefit from MP4PM without having a mind mapping tool like Mind Manager. For instance you can use/download the MS Office Templates and Tools on their own - standing alone. They are prepared and structured in the same way like the mindmaps and also filled with a ton of helpful information and content examples. We are convinced that just having those MS Office Templates does satisfy the MP4PM Membership.

But, in addition to that templates your version is also being provided as an online Version of the Maps which can be accessed online via your membership account or also offline by just opening them with your favorite browser.

Finally, of course, you would get the most benefit out of our map packages by utilizing such a tool, but it is not mandatory.

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account page and selecting the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see an option to 'Cancel' next to your current subscription.

Click the Cancel link, select the reason you wish to cancel and then confirm your cancellation and you're all done. You'll receive an email confirmation that cancellation was successful. (please note that once selecting a reason you will need to confirm your cancellation on the next page - if you don't do this your cancellation will not be processed! the )

Once you cancel your account you will retain access to MP4PM until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin anytime in the future!

Please cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due. We are in Germany so any date you see in your account is based on the CET (Central Europe Time) timezone and so it is best to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged due to time differences. You will retain access to MP4PM until your next payment is due, so you can cancel as far in advance as you would like.

These things happen! Don't worry though, your account will not be cancelled until your payment fails 3 times.

If you pay by credit card and you know that your card details have changed then you can go to your account page select the Subscriptions tab and you should see a link to 'Update Billing Details'. Once you change your card details your payment will be processed immediately. 

If you pay by PayPal please ensure that there are adequate funds in your account so that payment will go through when payment is tried again. Unfortunately there is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take payments, or to push the payment through earlier.

Payment will automatically be tried again by our payment processors 4-5 days after a failed payment, but you will lose access to the MP4PM membership site until payment is successful. We will try to collect payment 3 times after which your account will be automatically cancelled.

If your subscription is cancelled due to failed payments, you will need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the MP4PM membership Site.

No. Your membership entitles you to enter the members area and access the content there released prior and during the duration of your membership. If you cancel or do not renew your membership you will no longer be able to access the content inside.
